Mardo Ice Cream, planning quality policy as a production compatible with Turkish Food Codex and hygienic rules, realizes continuous and reliable food production by applying food safety system to its produced products from raw material supply to branch delivery.

We have integrated our business standards and made it a philosophy of life, as required by ISO 9000: 2008 Quality Management and ISO 22000: 2005 Food Safety Management Systems; Our company, which adopts the principle of offering products to the world market by producing healthy, nutritious and safe foods, aims to meet customer expectations efficiently and to keep its satisfaction to the highest level with its competent facilities, equipment and experienced and qualified personnel.

Within the framework of our Food Safety System, our expert staff, equipped with the latest technology, Hazard and laboratory analyzes are carried out at every stage of the food chain such as preparation, processing, production, storage and transportation starting from the supply of raw materials and the critical control points where necessary are determined and any problems that may arise at these points are avoided before they occur and the system is maintained for sustainability and international quality standards reliable, reliable food is produced.
